What should I bring with me?

All you need is a bottle of water and yourself then your ready to start boxing.

Do you have gloves we can use?

We can provide gloves or you can bring your own if you’d prefer. Gloves are also available to purchase from the gym.

What clothes should I wear?

Anything that you feel comfortable in. Most people choose tracksuit’s, short, leggings, T-shirt or vest.

Am I too old?

There’s no such thing as too old. Some of our members are in their sixties and still really love boxing training. The benefits of Personal Boxing Training can be enjoyed by all ages.

Is my lack of fitness a problem?

Not at all. We want to be as inclusive as possible so all the classes and one to one training sessions are designed with all fitness levels in mind. We don’t believe in pushing you too hard. You build your fitness through regular consistent training.

Will someone hit me?

Sparring is only available for one to one clients and is completely optional. If you decide that sparing isn’t for you that's perfectly fine. If you decide to progress onto sparing your experienced coach will be on hand to ensure safety procedures are followed.

I am nervous?

That’s ok. Everyone is nervous to start with but we take pride in the friendly welcoming atmosphere in our gym. It’s one of the reasons that a lot of our members have stayed with us over 10 years.
